鶴富屋敷 について

This building, also known as the Nasu Family Residence, is associated with Princess Tsurutomi, a fallen Heike warrior who fell in love with Nasu Daihachiro, a warrior of the Minamoto clan. It is a representative building of Shiiba Village and is believed to be about 300 years old. It is called a 'parallel minka', a shinden-zukuri style house with a long, horizontal porch at the front of the building. The roof is constructed with chigi (ornamental wooden frames). Originally thatched. The interior consists of a Buddhist room 'koza' (forbidden to women), a guest room 'dei', a bedroom 'tsuboso' and a tea room 'uchine'.
