Nasu Daihachi set up camp at Junegawa and proceeded to garrison at Jinzan in present-day Kami Shiiba. Princess Tsurutomi is a descendant of the Heike clan. The Tsurutomi residence was also called 'Mizuyashiki'. At that time, the only watering place was the present 'make-up water'. The deity of Itsukushima Shrine is Princess Ichikishimahime no Mikoto and Susanoo. Daihachi was a worshipper at the shrine.
