門松 について

The Shiiba kadomatsu (gate pine) consists of two pine trees and two bamboos on each side at the entrance to the garden, with three oak trees per each pine tree. The oak trees are called toshigi. The shimenawa is thin and is attached with tobi paper, Japanese star anise and shoyoha. In some districts, kakeguri (bamboo tubes for holding sacred wine) are attached to the shimenawa. In Tonegawa, a talisman is attached to the shimenawa with the inscription 'Suominshorai kazoku no kadoya' (Gate of descendants).
