About New Year's spells

In Shiiba, various incantations are handed down in connection with the rituals of the beginning of the New Year. For example, there is a spell for entering the floor on New Year's Eve, a spell for when the head of the family rises for the first time on New Year's Day, a spell for putting on kimono sleeves, a spell for opening the house door and a spell for drawing young water.
In Usukimata, when putting on the sleeves of a kimono, the incantation is to get up, press the lotus flowers of the chest together and join the Yidas and Yakushi together, and when lighting the hearth for the first time, the incantation is to get up and look at the four corners of the hearth, the smoke that burns is Fudogongen, the hook and the free hand is the image of the Yidas.
